Service
From the first point of contact we ensure that all communication, completion of the home inspection and delivery of the report exceed expectations. Although we will never rush a home inspection we appreciate that time is almost always a key factor and we treat this with the importance it deserves.

An average home inspection will be between 2-3hrs, but never less than 2hrs no matter how small the property is. We will be onsite for as long as it takes to thoroughly inspect the property from top to bottom, inside and out. Using the current 400 point inspection system provided by Inspector FX, we will create a full written report supported by photographic evidence of every defect found.

This will be delivered to you on the same day as the inspection via email and can be forwarded in both email and hard copy to the real estate agent and seller if required.

Knowledge
As well as being certified by the  Homespection Training Institute, we are also fully qualified and certified InterNachi home inspectors (International Association of Certified Home Inspectors). In addition to the general home inspection we are also licensed and certified in mold testing and inspecting, radon testing and WDI (Wood Destroying Insects) inspecting. This enables us to provide a complete and comprehensive service platform for all home inspection requirements.

Support
Most people assume that at the point the report is emailed that that is where the service ends. That may be the case with most companies but not with S H Fox Home Inspections. If you have any queries at all after the home inspection has been completed don’t hesitate to contact us and we will do whatever we can to assist. We recognise the importance of a home inspection report for real estate transactions and we appreciate that there may be items in the report that will affect your purchasing decision. We are here to help 7 days a week, day or night.
