A home inspection with radon is a full general home inspection that also includes radon testing. The radon testing device will be left at the property when the initial inspection takes place and will be collected 48hrs after the test begins. Both reports will follow on as soon as the results of the radon test are available. We can provide the inspection report before the conclusion of the radon test if required.

Like the home inspection with radon this inspection is a full general home inspection that includes a mold inspection and sampling. The samples will be taken at the same time the inspections take place and the reports will follow on once the lab results are returned. The inspection report can be provided in advance of this if required.

In addition to the general home inspection this will also include a WDI inspection provided on form NMPA-33. Both inspections will take place at the same time and reports will be provided on the same day via email and can also be sent as a hard copy in the mail.

This is a complete inspection package that includes all inspections and reports. We will conduct all inspections at the same time and will then send samples to the lab for testing whilst running the radon test in the property for 48hrs. All reports and results will be provided as soon as the samples and data is returned. This is usually within 72hrs of the inspection date.

This is for an individual radon test separate to any general home inspection. A radon testing device will be left at the property for 48hrs and then we will return to obtain the device and results which will then be forwarded via email the day the device is collected.

A separate mold report that consists of a complete inspection of the property for any signs of mold or excessive moisture content. 3 Air samples & a surface sample will also be taken and sent to a lab for analysis. The report is then forwarded on via email once the results have been returned. This is usually within 72hrs of the mold inspection date.

This is an independent inspection for wood destroying insects. It will consist of a complete property inspection including the exterior for any signs or evidence of pest infestation. A full report will then be provided using a NPMA-33 form on the same day the inspection takes place.
