A separate mold report that consists of a complete inspection of the property for any signs of mold or excessive moisture content. 3 Air samples & a surface sample will also be taken and sent to a lab for analysis. The report is then forwarded on via email once the results have been returned. This is usually within 72hrs of the mold inspection date.
